Recap: Southern California Yeshiva Hawks vs. Health Sciences Surgeons
The Southern California Yeshiva Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 20 points or more this season. They claimed a resounding 61-21 win over Health Sciences at home. Winning may never get old, but Southern California Yeshiva sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Nadav Aron was his usual excellent self, scoring 24 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Southern California Yeshiva's points. Another player making a difference was Adin Factor, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Southern California Yeshiva is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for Health Sciences, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southern California Yeshiva will take on San Diego Jewish Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Hopefully San Diego Jewish Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Wednesday. As for Health Sciences, they will head out on the road to face off against King-Chavez Community at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
