Volleyball Recap: St. Ignatius College Preparatory Takes a Loss

St. Ignatius College Preparatory was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Central Grizzlies.

St. Ignatius College Preparatory's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.

St. Ignatius College Preparatory will be playing at home against Junipero Serra at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Junipero Serra will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something St. Ignatius College Preparatory surely won't give up without a fight. As for Central, they are taking a road trip to face off against Clovis North at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Central is facing Clovis North at the right time seeing as Clovis North is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
