Basketball Recap: Boise's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Boise had won three straight games and Kaity Haan did her part to make it four on Tuesday. The Boise Brave claimed a resounding 63-28 win over the Centennial Patriots thanks in part to Haan, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten boards. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in steals (five).

Centennial lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Ginger Allred, who went 6 for 12 on her way to 16 points. Another player making a difference was Julia Lechuga, who posted 11 points.

Boise is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 25.5 points. As for Centennial, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.

Boise has already played their next contest, a 37-31 victory against Borah on the 17th. As for Centennial, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 51-36 loss against Timberline on the 17th.
