TJ DiMattia turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than seven strikeouts on Monday. He struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits (and only one walk). He was dominant the last time he took on Western Wayne back in April of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming.

DiMattia and Old Forge will square off against Holy Cross at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Blue Devils got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Crusaders thanks in part to DiMattia: he got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and one double.
