South took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They really took it to the Ridgeview Wolf Pack for the full four quarters, racking up a 78-46 victory. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Spartans had established a 31-point advantage.

South had a senior duo take command as Clifford Willis shot 46% from the field on his way to 27 points along with six steals and five boards and Gavin Christian dropped a double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Emani Myles, who posted nine points and five assists.

Coming up, South will take on Hanford at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Ridgeview, they will face off against Edison at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
