Recap: Shiloh Generals vs. North Forsyth Raiders

The Shiloh Generals won the last time they faced the North Forsyth Raiders, and things went their way on Saturday too. Shiloh strolled past the Raiders with points to spare, taking the game 66-51. Given Shiloh's advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 14th, while the Raiders are ranked 296th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Leading Shiloh to victory were Tylis Jordan and Jullien Cole. Jordan scored 22 points along with eight rebounds and two steals, while Cole dropped a double-double on 27 points and 11 rebounds. Jordan hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for eight straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Amari Shuler, who scored six points along with three steals.

Shiloh has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. As for North Forsyth, their loss dropped their record down to 7-15.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shiloh will take on the Longhorns at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Lanier's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last five matches. As for North Forsyth, they and the Red Elephants will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 30th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
