Baseball Recap: Lisbon Gets the Win

After losing to Sacopee Valley the last time they met, Lisbon decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Greyhounds came out on top against the Hawks by a score of 7-4 on Wednesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Greyhounds.

Lisbon saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jayden Camp, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base. Those runs were Camp's first of the season.

Lisbon's record is now 3-1. As for Sacopee Valley, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Lisbon is set to face off against their familiar foe Hall-Dale at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Sacopee Valley will square off against rival Traip at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
