Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wilcox RVT). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Wright Tech Warriors 73-39. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 39-19.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Wilcox RVT to victory, but perhaps none more so than Joel Munson, who went 10 of 20 to rack up 25 points. What's more, Munson also posted a 50% field goal percentage, which is the highest he's posted since back in February of 2024. Alex Lowery was another key player, putting up seven points along with 11 assists and eight steals.

Wilcox RVT was working as a unit and finished the game with 26 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Wilcox RVT's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-9 and their overall record up to 2-16. As for Wright Tech, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Wilcox RVT will have a chance to go back-to-back against Wright Tech: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
