Volleyball Game Preview: Northwest Cabarrus Trojans vs. Mount Pleasant Tigers

After both having extra time off, the Northwest Cabarrus Trojans and the Mount Pleasant Tigers will shake off the rust and duke it out at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Northwest Cabarrus saw some tournament action last Saturday. They fell just short of Robinson by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, Mount Pleasant waltzed into their match last Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 2-0.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Mount Pleasant was: they took both sets by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-13.

Northwest Cabarrus' defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Mount Pleasant, their win bumped their record up to 4-0.
