Basketball Recap: Hoover Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Hoover extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Arroyo Grande. They skirted past the Eagles 54-51. The win was familiar territory for the Patriots, who have now won three games in a row.

Noah Coulton had a dynamite game, going 7-for-13 en route to 20 points. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Pamir Olivier was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Hoover's record now sits at 17-9. As for Arroyo Grande, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-16 record this season.

Hoover will venture away from home to face off against Atascadero at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Arroyo Grande does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
