Chase Clay gave up the fewest hits he has since back in April on Thursday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, pitching five innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off three hits. Farmington is undefeated when Clay allows one or fewer earned runs, but 5-8 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Clay and Farmington will welcome Northwest Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The last time these two faced off, Clay and Co. were forced to settle for a 7-3 loss.
