There's no place like home for Tuscola, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They came out on top against the Smoky Mountain Mustangs by a score of 4-1 on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 13-2 back in March.

Tuscola saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mason Harrell, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Tuscola's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Smoky Mountain, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-5.

Looking ahead, Tuscola will challenge West Lincoln at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Mountaineers 4.1, the Rebels 3.8) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Smoky Mountain, they will square off against Tennessee at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
