Volleyball Recap: Calaveras Beats Riverbank for Their Third Straight Win + How To Watch

Calaveras entered their tilt with Riverbank on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Bruins 3-0. The Red Hawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bruins, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Calaveras took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-12, 25-12.

Isabelle Saiers was the offensive standout of the match as she had six digs and five aces. Those five aces gave her a new career-high. Kassidy Palmberg also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Calaveras was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 16 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Calaveras' record is now 10-5. As for Riverbank, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.
