Basketball Recap: Warren East Comes Up Short

Warren East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 53-47 heartbreaker at the hands of the Warren Central Dragons. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 95th, while the Dragons are ranked eighth).

Warren East's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Warren Central, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 21-4.
