Baseball Recap: Paradise Valley Takes a Loss

Paradise Valley was the 9-8 winner over Bradshaw Mountain when they last played one another back in March of 2016, but their luck changed this time around. The Paradise Valley Trojans fell 6-1 to the Bradshaw Mountain Bears on Thursday.

Paradise Valley saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joey Jankowski, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Paradise Valley dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Bradshaw Mountain, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Paradise Valley will face off against Sahuarita at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bradshaw Mountain, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Greenway at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
