Springfield fell victim to Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 10-0 to the Knights. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Tigers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Springfield has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-5 record this season. As for Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

Springfield has already played their next contest, a 10-8 win against Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart on the 4th. As for Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial, they will head out to take on Sibley East at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
