Soccer Game Preview: Burbank vs. Brackenridge

The Burbank Bulldogs will venture away from home to square off against the Brackenridge Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Burbank's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Burbank fell victim to Highlands and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 4-0 to the Owls.

Meanwhile, Brackenridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 4-2 to Highlands.

Burbank's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Brackenridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.

Burbank came out on top in a nail-biter against Brackenridge when the teams last played back in January, sneaking past 3-2. Does Burbank have another victory up their sleeve, or will Brackenridge turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
