Volleyball Game Preview: Abingdon/Avon Tornadoes vs. Sherrard Tigers + How To Watch

The Abingdon/Avon Tornadoes will take on the Sherrard Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Abingdon/Avon has now lost eight straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since September 23.

On Wednesday, Abingdon/Avon came up short against Wethersfield and fell 2-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Sherrard didn't have quite enough to beat Orion on Tuesday and fell 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Sherrard sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 26-28, 25-18.

Abingdon/Avon's loss dropped their record down to 1-20. As for Sherrard, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-3-1.
