Softball Recap: Pleasanton Eagles vs. Somerset Bulldogs

Pleasanton lost against Somerset back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Eagles fell 7-2 to the Bulldogs. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Scarlet Travis spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and four unearned) runs on 11 hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 11 consecutive appearances.
