Basketball Recap: Sullivan County Takes a Loss

Sullivan County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 45-27 to the Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Red Raiders. The contest marked the Griffins' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Sullivan County now has a losing record at 8-9. As for Our Lady of Lourdes Regional, their victory bumped their record up to 5-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sullivan County will venture away from home to take on Benton at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Sullivan County is facing Benton at the right time seeing as Benton is stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Our Lady of Lourdes Regional, they will face off against Weatherly at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
