The Palm Beach Gardens Gators will venture away from home to take on the West Boca Raton Bulls at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Palm Beach Gardens will be strutting in after a win while West Boca Raton will be coming in after a defeat.

On Friday, Palm Beach Gardens was able to grind out a solid victory over Royal Palm Beach, taking the game 26-14. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Gators.

Meanwhile, West Boca Raton fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Cardinal Newman on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 26-20 to the Crusaders. Despite 98 more yards than the Crusaders, the Bulls couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Palm Beach Gardens will have to contain Javian Mallory as he made an impact in West Boca Raton's last game. He rushed for 168 yards and one touchdown while picking up 8.0 yards per carry, and also caught one score. Mallory was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 52 yards.

West Boca Raton's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 6-2. As for Palm Beach Gardens, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.

Palm Beach Gardens was taken down by West Boca Raton 48-0 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Mallory, who rushed for 124 yards and a pair of TDs on only six carries.
