Timberline and Middleton are an even 4-4 against one another since March of 2016, but likely not for long. Breanna Duncan made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season.

Meanwhile, Middleton never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They skirted past Emmett 2-0. The victory continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Huskies: they've now won five in a row.
