Softball Recap: Viewpoint Comes Up Short

The Viewpoint Patriots came up short against the Polytechnic Panthers on Wednesday and fell 8-3.

Anniston Aragon made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

Viewpoint's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Viewpoint will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Flintridge Prep at 3:15 p.m. As for Polytechnic, they will be taking part in a tournament against La Salle at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.
