Basketball Recap: Northwestern Comes Up Short

Northwestern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 57-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Easley Green Wave.

Easley got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Rj Stack out in front who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds. What's more, Stack also racked up seven blocks, the most he's had since back in January of 2024. Drey Jackson was another key player, putting up 17 points and three steals.

Northwestern's defeat dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Easley, their victory bumped their record up to 13-14.

Northwestern does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Easley, they will square off against Indian Land at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Easley is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 64.9 points per game this season.
