League recap: Stockbridge Valley rises, Lyme Central falls in league standings

Stockbridge Valley made the biggest jump in the standings this week, moving from sixth to fourth place in the league thanks to a 2-0 record over the past seven days. Meanwhile, Lyme Central fell hardest in the standings, dropping from fourth all the way to seventh place after going 0-3 in the past week. First-place Brookfield Central (15-1, 12-0) went 2-0 over the past week.

The Beavers (15-1, 12-0) are red-hot, having won nine straight games, the longest such streak in the league. Two of those wins came in the past week, including a 12-3 win over Cincinnatus Central.
