Soccer Recap: Lafayette Comes Up Short

Lafayette was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 7-0 to the Cameron Dragons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Cameron this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 last Tuesday.

Lafayette's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Cameron, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Lafayette and Cameron will both be playing Savannah the next time they take the pitch. The Dragons will head out to face the Savages at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Fighting Irish will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on the 23rd.
