Volleyball Recap: King Academy Takes a Loss

King Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They came up short against the Greenwood Christian Hawks, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

The match finished with set scores of 25-3, 25-11, 25-9.

King Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Greenwood Christian, their victory ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 9-7.

King Academy has already played their next matchup (against Anderson Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Greenwood Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest on the 14th.
