Soccer Recap: Spearfish Takes a Loss

Spearfish managed to slip by Rapid City Central the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Spartans came up short against the Cobblers on Saturday, falling 7-2. Spearfish just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Spearfish's loss dropped their record down to 1-10-1. As for Rapid City Central, the win got them back to even at 5-5-2.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Spearfish will square off against rival St. Thomas More at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Rapid City Central is set to face off against their familiar foe Sturgis Brown at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
