Softball Game Preview: Corvallis Blue Devils vs. Frenchtown Broncs

Corvallis is 0-3 against Frenchtown since March of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. The Blue Devils will challenge the Broncs at 7:00 p.m.

Corvallis is headed into Tuesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game on Friday. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-5 heartbreaker at the hands of Salmon. On the bright side, the five- run performance marked the Blue Devils' highest-scoring matchup to date.

Meanwhile, Frenchtown made easy work of Lakeland on Saturday and carried off a 15-8 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Broncs.

Corvallis' loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Frenchtown, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Corvallis might still be hurting after the 23-6 defeat they got from Frenchtown in their previous matchup back in May of 2023. Can the Blue Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
