Legend has gone a perfect 5-0 against Highlands Ranch recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Legend and five for Highlands Ranch.
Legend is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Colorado's top teams: Mountain Vista, who was ranked second at the time (Legend was ranked 25th). The Titans came up short against the Golden Eagles on Thursday, falling 3-0.
While Legend was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Mountain Vista's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-19, 25-23.

Guy Gibbs put forth a good effort for the losing side as he had 15 digs and one assist. He is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had 11 or more in each of the last three games he's played.
Meanwhile, Highlands Ranch lost 3-0 to Rock Canyon on Thursday.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-13, 25-22.
Legend now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Highlands Ranch, their loss dropped their record down to 1-9.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Wednesday's matchup: Legend hasn't let much over the net this season, having averaged 5.5 blocks per game. It's a different story for Highlands Ranch, though, as they've been averaging only 0.5 blocks. Given Legend's sizable advantage in that area, the Falcons will need to find a way to close that gap.
Legend took their victory against Highlands Ranch in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Titans repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
