Basketball Recap: Randolph Comes Up Short

Randolph lost against Montpelier back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Randolph Ghosts fell 49-42 to the Montpelier Solons. The Ghosts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Randolph's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Montpelier, their win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 3-6.

When Randolph and Montpelier next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Randolph will try to stop Peoples Academy's four-game winning streak when the meet at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Montpelier will challenge Oxbow and their seven-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
