Basketball Recap: University Comes Up Short

University was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They came up short against the Classical Magnet Gladiators, falling 70-44. If the Hawks were looking for revenge after losing 77-40 to the Gladiators when the teams met back in January of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

University's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Classical Magnet, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-9 record.

University has already played their next matchup (against Achievement First), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Classical Magnet, they have also already played their next game, a 75-46 defeat against Sports & Medical Sciences Academy on the 19th.
