Soccer Game Preview: Moanalua vs. Kalani

Moanalua is 0-9-1 against Kalani since January of 2016 but things could change on Monday. The Menehune will be playing in front of their home fans against the Falcons at 7:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Moanalua fell victim to Kaiser and their airtight defense on Thursday. They fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, Kalani kept a clean sheet against Castle on Thursday. They beat the Knights by a goal, winning 1-0. Kalani's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four matches.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Daichi Fujita, which was the first he's scored this season.

Moanalua's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2-2. As for Kalani, their victory bumped their record up to 7-0.
