Volleyball Recap: Hunter Comes Up Short

Hunter's tournament run continued when they took on Virgin Valley on Friday. The Wolverines fell 2-0 to the Bulldogs. The Wolverines have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Keaton Miller paced Hunter's offense, picking up four kills. Miller got some help from Paula Fonua and his six assists.

Hunter's loss dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Virgin Valley, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-6 record this season.

Hunter has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Payson on the 26th. As for Virgin Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Timpanogos on the 25th.
