Basketball Recap: Glenbard North Gets the Win

Glenbard North hadn't done well against Batavia recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Glenbard North Panthers secured a 46-42 W over the Batavia Bulldogs. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Bulldogs back in December of 2024, they had to take a 50-37 defeat.

Glenbard North has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points per game. As for Batavia, they dropped their record down to 6-8 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Glenbard North will welcome Carmel at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Batavia, they will face off against East Peoria at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
