The Cocoa Beach Minutemen sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 victory over the Wheaton Academy Warriors on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Minutemen.

Connor McGrew was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than one earned run in seven consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one home run.
