Hamilton had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the Ronan Chiefs 51-0. The match was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Broncs had established a 45-point advantage.

A big part of Hamilton's victory came down to the chemistry between Cooper Weston and his top target Jackson Lubke. Weston threw for 183 yards and three TDs while completing 87.5% of his passes while Lubke picked up 127 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Weston also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up 0.5 sacks and making four total tackles.
