After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Melissa, Denison was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 9-1 margin over the Greenville Lions. Considering the Yellow Jackets have won eight contests by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Addison Ciaccio and Jamison Milner did most of the damage at the plate: Ciaccio went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base, while Milner went 2-for-4 with one home run and two runs. That home run was Milner's first of the season. Katie-Lynn Douglas was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.

They weren't the only ones working in the home run department: Denison lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. They are 4-2 when they post two or more home runs.
