Football Recap: Jurupa Hills Starts Season with Loss on the Road + How To Watch

Jurupa Hills had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They were beaten by Central 47-14. If Jurupa Hills was looking for revenge after losing 38-6 to Central when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Central had a senior duo take command as Luis Jimenez threw for 112 yards and two TDs while completing 83.3% of his passes and Matthew Lizaola gained 40 total yards.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jurupa Hills will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Hesperia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Central, they will welcome Palm Desert at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
