Recap: Keyport Raiders vs. Dayton Bulldogs
The Keyport Raiders were the 69-57 winner over the Dayton Bulldogs when they last played one another back in February of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Keyport took a 54-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of Dayton. It was the first time this season that Keyport let down their fans at home.
Dayton's win on Saturday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kyle Rosenstock, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Rosenstock has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Marcus Manfredi, who scored 11 points along with two steals.
Keyport's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-5. As for Dayton, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-7.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Keyport will take on Monmouth Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dayton, they will be playing at home against Wardlaw Hartridge at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Wardlaw Hartridge comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
