Basketball Recap: Northwest Christian School Skates Past Chewelah with Ease

Northwest Christian School won the last time they faced Chewelah and things went their way on Saturday too. The Northwest Christian School Crusaders claimed a resounding 60-11 win over the Chewelah Cougars. The matchup marked the Crusaders' most dominant victory of the season.

The win (which was Northwest Christian School's third in a row) raised their record to 8-2. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.3 points per game. As for Chewelah, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northwest Christian School will challenge Davenport at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Davenport will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Northwest Christian School surely won't give up without a fight. As for Chewelah, they will face off against St. George's at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
