After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bishop Verot, Southwest Florida Christian was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 14-4 margin over the Seacrest Country Day Stingrays. The King's not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since April 30, 2024.

Southwest Florida Christian saw nine different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Natalie Recker, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two triples, three RBI, and two runs. Those runs were Recker's first of the season. Another was Candice Chime, who scored three runs and stole Three bases. while going 2-for-3.

Recker wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Southwest Florida Christian kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in February of 2024.

With the win, Southwest Florida Christian broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-5. As for Seacrest Country Day, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-3.
