Football Recap: Lancaster Takes a Loss

Lancaster fell victim to Burroughs and their airtight defense on Monday. They took a blow against the Bears, falling 39-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Eagles have suffered since September 21, 2024.

Lancaster's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Burroughs, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Lancaster will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Eastside at 5:15 p.m. on September 2. As for Burroughs, they will venture away from home to challenge Westridge at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
