Softball Recap: MacArthur Comes Up Short

MacArthur managed to slip by McCollum the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Brahmas came up short against the Cowboys on Friday, falling 11-0.

MacArthur's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for McCollum, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-2-1.

MacArthur has already played their next matchup, a 9-8 win against United on the 28th. As for McCollum, they will head out on the road to take on Harlandale at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Indians have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.5 runs per game on average), something the Cowboys will no doubt try to take advantage of.
