Volleyball Recap: Clovis West Takes a Loss

Clovis West lost against Clovis North back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Golden Eagles took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Broncos. The game snapped a strange streak: the last four times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Clovis North scored at least 17 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-20, 20-25, 25-17.

Clovis West dropped their record down to 10-27 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Clovis North, their victory bumped their record up to 19-12.

As of now, neither Clovis West nor the Broncos have any future games scheduled.
