Soccer Recap: Tucson High Magnet School Takes a Loss

Tucson High Magnet School fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Mica Mountain on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Mica Mountain Thunderbolts by a score of 3-2. The Badgers just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Tucson High Magnet School's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Mica Mountain, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tucson High Magnet School will take on Cienega in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Mica Mountain and Sunnyside will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sunnyside is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season.
