Jaucelynn Ayala Game Report: @ Carpinteria

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Jaucelynn Ayala stepped things up a notch to give Hueneme the 'W'. Ayala was dialed in as she struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). She was up against Carpinteria and has quite the history against that squad, as she also had a great game the last time she faced them back in March. Ayala has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 17 consecutive appearances.
