Basketball Recap: Raymond/South Bend Comes Up Short

Raymond/South Bend suffered their biggest loss since December 1, 2023 on Tuesday. They were beaten by the Rainier Mountaineers 67-25. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Ravens' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Raymond/South Bend's loss came despite strong showings from Berklee Morley and Kassie Koski. Morley posted eight points, while Koski had six points. What's more, Morley also posted a 50% field goal percentage, which is the highest she's achieved since back in December of 2024.

Raymond/South Bend's defeat dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Rainier, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 18-4.

Raymond/South Bend does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rainier, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 67-25 win against Raymond on the 18th.
