Football Recap: Cincere Warren and Jordon Jones Lead the Defense for Red Lion Christian Academy Win

Red Lion Christian Academy won against Delaware County Christian last Friday with 53 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Lions didn't even let the McKean Highlanders on the board, marking the Lions' second-straight 53-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lions also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2019.

Red Lion Christian Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Cincere Warren and Jordon Jones.

The win got Red Lion Christian Academy back to even at 2-2. As for McKean, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Red Lion Christian Academy will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Bohemia Manor at 7:30 p.m. on October 3. As for McKean, they will take on Odessa at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Ducks will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last.
