 Union Grove Christian had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.7 runs), and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They walked away with  a   7-2  victory over the Greater Vision Academy Lions. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Union Grove Christian also won the last time the pair played  on Tuesday.
  Morgan Donovant made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out eight batters over  five innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   four  hits (and only one walk). Donovant has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive pitching appearances. Donovant was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news, Union Grove Christian got a big performance out of  Reagan Lambert, who  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Hannah Tapler, who  went 2-for-3 with two  RBI.
 Union Grove Christian has  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six contests,  which provided a massive bump to their 6-9 record  this season. As for Greater Vision Academy, they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-6.
 Union Grove Christian will head out on the road to  face off against  Calvary Christian at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Union Grove Christian has given up an average of 9 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for Greater Vision Academy, they are on the road again  on Thursday to play Oak Ridge Military Academy at 5:00  p.m. Oak Ridge Military Academy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 14.2  runs per game  this season.
